On September 9, President Joe Biden directed the Department of Labor and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration “OSHA” (pronounced ‘Oh-Shah’) to require companies with 100 or more workers to implement vaccine-or-test mandates or face hefty fines if they don’t comply. This emergency order requires unvaccinated workers to be tested at least once a week.
In order to comply with this mandate, S&T Lab can provide a certificate to show that your business complies with OSHA’s required weekly testing for unvaccinated workers. This ensures all of your liabilities are covered in the case of a complaint as Prism will have your back and corroborate your efforts to provide testing for your coworkers.
S&T Lab is offering to visit you at your place of work at least once a week to collect testing samples for COVID-19 detection for your employees. We are willing to send 1 or 2 medical assistants to your locations where they can set up shop for the day and your employees can get tested at their convenience. We offer both rapid and PCR testing services, depending on your and your employees needs. The services we offer are listed below. All services are available for our partnerships program.

This is a no-cost contract opportunity to serve you at your workplace! Prism will never collect any payments from you or your employees; we bill insurances or federal programs for the uninsured as necessary to cover our costs. Given this, the amount of samples we are able to collect is pivotal to continuing our operations so we are looking to serve as many folks as possible during our visits.
We are willing to spend a whole 8-9 hour shift at your location per day if this helps as many people as possible with their testing needs. If this seems like too much, we are happy to make it a morning or afternoon visit only. If there are multiple shifts, we can cover different shifts on separate days during a given week.
During the day, we are able to move very efficiently through patients thanks to our proprietary software integrated with Northwestern Medical’s HealthLab, only taking up to 2 minutes per patient. We anticipate it taking slightly longer during the first visit as we need to input people’s information into our system, but once that happens we are able to pull up their saved patient profile moving forward every time.

S&T Lab is a community-based medical practice center that focuses on COVID-19 services such as testing and vaccinations in the Chicagoland area. To date, we have tested over 50,000 people and helped vaccinate over 100,000.
